All movements fitted to our timepieces are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of delivery.

Should any unexpected mechanical issue arise that is not caused by misuse or accidental damage, we will repair or replace the movement free of charge.

Please note that customers are responsible for postage costs when returning a watch to us. However, we will cover the return shipping costs provided the watch is being sent back within the same country as the original order.

Warranty and servicing turnaround times may vary, so please allow up to 45 working days for completion. In some cases, replacement parts may need to be specially ordered to carry out the repair.

If a repair cannot be completed within the 45 working day timeframe, or if post-repair testing shows the watch is not performing within our tolerance of +/- 5 seconds per day, a replacement of the same model will be issued. Please note that replacements will only be considered after a repair attempt has been made.

We reserve the right to refuse warranty claims where there is evidence of mishandling, including water damage, impact damage, or intentional misuse.

All watches featured on our site are factory tested for water resistance up to 50 metres. They are perfectly suitable for everyday exposure such as hand washing or light rain.

However, we do not recommend fully submerging the watch in water, and as such, water damage caused by immersion is not covered under our guarantee.

We offer free shipping on all orders with no hidden costs or additional delivery fees. To keep our service simple and reliable, we currently provide one standard shipping method and do not offer express delivery options.

All watches are shipped directly from our facility in China, where each piece undergoes rigorous quality control checks to ensure it meets our strict gen-spec standards before dispatch.

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or your order confirmation will also be required.
